Due to my love for all things French and after two stints living abroad in southern France, I have introduced a new series to this blog: French Fridays. Soon I will pursue my master's degree in French comparative literature and will be teaching second-year French to undergraduates. Prior to this year, I hadn't spoken, read or listened to French in almost two years. It's time I get back into it.
During the week, I am hoping to absorb all the French news/movies I can in effort to retrain my ear and cultivate my knowledge of French language/current events. These posts will feature various elements of French culture, cuisine, linguistics, literature, politics, geography, etc. Basically, it will be a little piece of France every week, from me to you :)
